Curriculum

The academic program is organized on two half-day schedules.  Students attending our school will complete a minimum of 25 American course credits and all required Khmer classes.

Grade Point Average (GPA) Calculation

GPA is computed using the above quality points. Beginning with their first high school level class in grade 8, all subjects, whether passed or failed, are included in the computation. A minimum of 25 credits is required for graduation.

Dual Enrollment

ALIS students also have the opportunity to earn college credit through on-line dual enrollment classes with a partnering US university.

Scholastic Aptitude Test is a set of standardized college admissions tests conducted in the English language. It is developed by the College Board, and is one of two principal tests used to measure mathematical and verbal reasoning, and the resulting score is used by universities to determine college readiness.
